Spoke with Mr. Yadav, he seems helpful and said Rashi doesnot handle ASUS Rma anymore ??? Well that’s good news.

Just returned from CDS and they only do ASUS main boards and graphic cards! Now i have to rely on Rashi Nehru Place as the ones in gurgaon don’t do sound cards :no2:

Rockfella ASUS has recently added Digicare Services into their list of their after-sales providers, try to contact them and find out if they can handle the soundcard.

Because the ~4 times I have been to the Rashi service centre in New Delhi, it has been an absolute bitch and timings are pretty screwed up too (1000 -->1600 hours, weekdays only). RMA of products is also pretty fickle and they try to repair the said product in question before sending it in for RMA.

I will PM you the centre number if I still have it, Cheerio!

The ones in gurgaon don’t do asus sound cards.
