Redmi note 11s screen replacement

Need to replace my phone’s screen, it’s non-functional at this point.

MI is charging 6300 for replacing the display(after including service charge and taxes, irrespective of still being in warranty). It makes no sense to get it replaced from them.

Went to a reputed local shop, they will change it for cheap.

Here are my options:

LCD(very very cheap, 1200)

LED(2100, still cheap)

AMOLED(4200, still cheaper than official rate)

I am thinking of getting LED. He showed me a demo LED display and I couldn’t spot any difference. It was bright with good colors.

What do you guys think?

Go with LED. It makes no sense to spend too much on a device which might have only 2 years of life left (battery-wise).

True, this phone has 1-2 years max in it, given how it turns into a heater while playing
