got it from delhi for 17500… shop near my place it was the last piece…so happy didn’t hunt for it much…

And one question if i update my phone to new version is my contacts,calender entries,memory card stuff etc is deleted ?

This means that, during the 30-days test period, the Samsung Wave can be operated as a powerful navigation device with turn-by-turn spoken driving instructions and on-screen directions, both in the car and as a pedestrian. Moreover, with this mapping and navigation application you always know exactly where you are and how you can get to places that you have never visited before.

1 Year free speed camera updates with purchase of lifetime navigation

After the 30-days test period, however, the navigation feature of the mapping and navigation application will be disabled automatically. From this moment onwards, owners of a Samsung Wave will no longer be able to navigate with their smartphone but will continue to have access to the worldwide map viewer. I cant get my GPS to work. Is always stuck in “getting position”

^^^^ it takes time dude… wait for 5 - 10 mins preferably in open air [ not under a roof ] till your position is locked..

Once few satellites lock your position.. then use it anywhere..

updated my phone to 1.2, and omg, swype is just awesome , further it supports facebook sync too , fast as hell, more responsive, and omg keyboard is now damn smooth, just like iPhone, samsung is doing great, for all other wave users, please try 1.2, its simply awesome

will try GPS on 1.2 and post any improvements

Hey but updating now to 1.2 will not create problems later hope so… when the 1.2 firmware is officially rolled out …because then we have to roll back to JH1 and then officially update to 1.2 through KIES…and I feel that the 1.2 is just round the corner

yes, but i cant wait to try this major update, further, whenever a indian(major) firmware will be released, it will be available to download, so you dont have to fear about warranty issues, 1 can always roll back,

Did you download MAp of India and transfer it to your cellphone ???

IF not.. USe Route 66 PC Sync… and download required stuff.. then try again..

Thatz werid, when I tried it outdoors, I got a lock in less than a minute. Are you standing still, coz the sat cannot lock if you are moving. ??
