7900GRE can be undervolted & overclocked to gain 10% uplift. Default power draw of 265W, can be increased to 295W in AMD Adrenaline along with other tuning. Check Hardware Unboxed’s video or other videos to know more on UV & OC.
Had a bracket directly from the manufacturer. 750W PSU recommended, but ensure you have at least 650W PSU.

I bought it from Ankit Infotech. They told me it had a 3-year warranty when I purchased it.
Similarly, MD & Vedant also list it as 3 years of warranty. Only some budget Sapphire models had 2 years of warranty, rest everything gets 3 years of warranty AFAIK.
Maybe a typo in PrimeABGB.
