Received this brand-new Sennheiser HD350BT as a warranty replacement on 16/06/2025. This unit does not come with a bill or any remaining warranty, since Sennheiser provided it purely as a goodwill gesture when I couldn’t produce the original invoice. During the RMA process, my defective unit was misplaced twice before finally reaching them. By then, I had already moved on to a different headset, so I no longer need this one.
