Should MX2 Games be Now Avoided?

Has anyone had any recent buying experience from them?

This is the case with all the import services. None of them maintain an inventory and none of them are going to bend their back for you when things go south.

Had mentioned the same thing for other services like Desertcart. It is fine till it works, until it doesn’t.

Yeah, if you’re active on Reddit. It was reported atleast a year ago. They stopped delivering high value pre-orders. Some disk buyers were positively repping the forum in the same time-frame. Now they’ve completely dwindled.

MX2Games seems to be sold off to someone else, they have been completely unresponsive for months, just collecting orders and money

I messaged them to inquire about the delivery of PSN code and they replied after 2-3 days.

The Indian gaming sub is full of complaints. I wouldn’t give them any business.

I used to set aside 5% of gross profits for refunds — it helped more than once.

From a business standpoint, there’s no recovery from a seized shipment.

Why do these companies operate like it’s something improbable?

@rsaeon alas!! if only common sense was that common. When you start getting that money with no accountability the character is the first thing that goes down the dump…They don’t give a shit, they will probably buy a new domain and clense themselves of their sins

Their is a saying

Commit the mistake first and ask for forgiveness later

But these guys are only interested in commiting mistakes and then moving onto the next one, India does not have good consumer protection laws for all the taxes a consumer pays.

Yeah, sadly MX2 Games should be avoided now.

I also got scammed — placed an order and never received the product or a proper response. It’s not just me either; a lot of recent reviews and Reddit posts are saying the same thing. People have been waiting months with zero updates or refunds, and their customer service has completely gone silent.

They used to be decent, but something definitely changed in the last few months. Too many reports of them ghosting customers or making excuses.

If you’re planning to buy anything from them, don’t risk it — especially for high-value items. Better to go with trusted sellers, even if it costs a bit more.

Totally Yes, if you are frequently active on Indian Subreddits related to gaming or PC. They are avoiding their customers after taking orders and that’s not enough, they even dare you to go file a cyber complaint saying, they are insolvent. This way you won’t be getting refunded also.

My previous experience with them is that have very hopeless service and never respond timely. Clearly something is wrong with them, and not worth saving 5% if they behave like this and consistently delay orders.

I have heard that they sold the company and the new owners are spending as less as possible which has resulted in so many complaints and scams.

Honestly Its better to avoid mx2games, I thought of ordering some stuff from there but then this video came out and I got to know about the scam they pulling. Yeah its better to stay away from this

i bought a steam deck from them like 2 years back, the fall was quick, the experience was great back then however.

You should raise an FIR with the Police. Then see the magic that happens after that.
