Just a suggestion, for SSDs like these having no technical details available online like dram or type of flash it would be better if you post a full drive test on these drive showing total time to fill the drive by copying from another drive equal or faster than this drive as that will give idea about whether dram is present & type of flash. If that si not possible then you can use bitlocker on a windows pc to encrypt this whole drive & then decrypt/turn off bitlocker as that is equivalent to writing the whole drive every time. By timing the whole encryption & decryption process one can get idea of avg read/write speeds of the drive.

Sounds fair, but close to impossible to be done.
These come in bulks, and are often dispatched from supplier itself, so individually spending so much of time on one unit from each lot, is gonna be a tough time
