Temp increased after applying coolermaster compound

My intel e7200 idle at 48c and on load go till 65c… even if cleaning and putting a rice grain size thermal past…what may be problem??? it looks like http://www.best-3g.com/images/products_images/unfurl/bestbl733g.jpg
