I have been ordering regularly from Instamart for a while. Last week I got a pin for a small order I placed (Order Value was Rs 311). The order was delayed a little as delivery boy had gone different gates. Once he delivered, he was unfamiliar with interface too as he wasn’t sure how to enter pin.
I guess that order with pin is for new delivery men or for suspected delivery men.
