Around new year i order food from Zomato.
The restaurant didn’t sent half of my stuff. I complained it to CS and they pretty much said that its not their responsibility if restaurant messes up something while stopping me automatically from creating a new ticket via their chatbot or talking further.
This same zomato refunded a good chunk of money few months back when they forgot to send candles with my cake.
At this point its pretty clear AI is simply just way of getting rid of good chunk of corporate employees and shrugging of responsibility all while getting tax breaks & incentives from government that comes from common people.
So much of jackshit investment and chatgpt calls me indirectly a liar when I showed it something from Dec 2025 because apparently that’s in the fkin future.
Can we prompt it to avoid it completely and jump to hooman support?
I think every time it prompts “‘did this solve your query”, you keep selecting no to every resolution it throws at you, and it will ultimately connect you with a real boy (or girl)

It’s a hit or miss. During the day time it’s easier to a human but at 4am, the AI chat bot couldn’t transfer me over.
What’s really eye-opening is how deep they’ve integrated the AI chat bot, it has location access and can calculate how much distance the delivery person has traveled.
Sounds like an opportunity for a whitehat to make some easy money.
We should really inject some poison prompts and see what happens .. I intend to try the next time it frustrates me enough

I told it “I want to speak to a human" and it responded with “I am an AI bot and I don’t have the ability to transfer you to a human agent" smh

hmm… i had an issue with zomato the other day, i told the bot to “transfer to agent” and it did so immediately.
This happened today:
Except I didn’t know what it was for? Apart from mini pulav, none of those words make sense to me.
I wasn’t going to risk buying camel or rabbit.
