Fast stone image viewer very handy image manipulation features and the killer for me was the side by side comparison
Couple of chrome extensions i find very useful
Ears : Bass Boost, EQ any audio - life saver and something i wanted for very long. Used mostly with youtube with talks that have been recorded with low audio level. How loud can you make them ? only so much and then this extension gives you a parametric equaliser to boost volume further. It makes inaudible voice audible now. There is a tendency for this extension to affect audio sometimes as in no audio, so a quick stop, restart of the extension works. It’s generally off except for those times i need it. I use this more for boosting voice than music. I think with music the results won’t be that great as it compressing the audio.
The great suspender, helps reduce memory footprint of chrome if you have hundreds of tabs open
Nimbus screenshot & screen video recorder - good for full webpage with auto scroll web page capture

Please share freeware data recovery software. Is a free unlimited data recovery software available?
You might want to check out Recuva

There’s a new version of PathCopyCopy, v20.0
Very useful, for me at least. Copies file/folder names and paths. Customizable.
This is my context menu :

Should consider VS Codium fork with all M$ telemetry excluded
I recently added 2nd monitor to my PC
1st is 1440p 32inch monitor
2nd is 1080p 23inch monitor
If I turn off 1 screen, everything is fine
But if I turn off both screens, all open windows change their position. Their size also changes
Any freeware software that can help with this?

Windows inbuilt display option can help and so your gpu tool. Depends if you set it for extended or clone mode.
My query is misunderstood, I will explain with the help of screenshots
Lets say this is how my desktop looks like
I turn off both screens (pc remains on), come back later after lunch or 10min break and turn on screens and I find it like this
I have several windows open and they all need to be rearranged to right position. Any solution would be nice.

You could try win11 which is supposed to have improvement in this area… But before doing anything backup your data and read about win11 upgrade which if you don’t like you can roll back to win10 within a few days limit.

try setting resolutions in both monitors to the same value. that means you would be selecting a lower value from the highest possible one in one of the two monitors.
