The Trumps & Elon tweets thread (Had to make this since it's never ending)

It’s not very realistic to expect polticians to be saints and angels.

You want someone cunning, deceptive, a well-refined propaganda machine. This person will work towards their interests and their donors’ interest and they’ll do it while projecting an image of working for the betterment of the people.

Eventually, there’s a limit to man’s greed, when that greed is sated, the leftovers fall to the people.

Case in point: Telangana under BRS. Everyone knows about their corruption. No one is complaining about what that government accomplished.

You do not want honest, sincere, boy scout leaders. Because the world they operate in is neither honest nor sincere.

Just look at history: what has an honest politician accomplished anywhere?

It’s small wins vs no wins.

Not interested in waiting for those leftovers. Good or bad, Trump outright exposes it due to naivety or being dumb. He lacks political complexity, do you partially know whats coming.

The entire political life, Clintons never felt satiated doing ugly deeds. Because they are so evil and never will be, its in their nature. The quantum of ugliness they both did to the world, makes trump a saint.

Find some proper right wing sources and you can tell me instead

Oh, so India will not be selling anything to the US for the next three years? I’m sure the traders will be justfine with that arrangement

Why is the NSA commenting on a trade issue.

But there’s not a single positive metric after a year of his second term. Life is either at a stand still or things have regressed.

A year of no progress is time that will never be recouped.

Nevermind the irrevocable damage being done to both their own people and citizens of other countries.

Clintons did plenty for us with their visit to India, if you were around to witness it. At least for Andhra Pradesh, that three-hour stop pushed us forward half a decade.

Civil rights flourished under Clinton. Things Iike the ADA, equal pay, protection against workplace religious discrimination, etc. All of that was made into law during his term.

The golden age of the American dream were arguably the early to late 90s.

Actually, this is my opinion of Obama.

Yep, Obama is more polished version of sleazy kind. Different kind of poison, but they are all in this together, same cabal.

What Trump does is up-keeping USA as a country’s imperialist interest. After all the shit slinging and name calling, USA as a country will impose itself as an unquestionable mega gorilla overbearing on the world. Whatever Trump did will benefit USA then.

The USA that was, India should not forget history:

Only relevant during the cold war. Not relevant in the current era

Both India & US have bridged that divide since

The common adversary remains China. Post cold war the US has come along to that view.

In fact strategically for the US this was obvious post '98 testing and formed the basis for the nuke deal

Chinese were warned by Russians not to interfere.
If they do it could mean war between them too.

Russians really went all out for us on this.

And China also had another reason. Chinese are proud people and didn’t wanted to take orders from Americans.

Yeah…even I was confused about the
10k crore being $40 billion.

It actually comes to $ 100 billion.

What the fu*k …thats like each missile is
Is 35 crore. ,

Waise tbh many missiles are that costly anyways.

But $100billion…

arre bhai log, its 1 billion $ i think.

9000cr = 1 billion $

In just numbers, 1million = 10Lakhs

1 billion = 1000 million = 100Cr

1 billion $ = 100Cr $ = 100Cr * 90 Rs = 9000Cr Rs

$40billion confused me.

10k crore is approx $1billion and little more.

@solo_wing @Tracer_Bullet Yep, 10,000 Cr. is the cost as per the link, so $1.1bn. Sorry for error, misread it after seeing Rafale and other defense deal figures: India clears $40 billion defense deal for US and French jets MSN

Because terrorists would never do such a thing? He upped drone strikes in Afghanistan & Paks NWFP after they gave him a peace prize. Good.

Imran khan objected. Fcuk Taliban Khan

Frankly Afghanistan is Obama’s only achievement. He got Bin Laden. Yay

Major foreign policy fcuk up with Ukraine. Prolonged with Biden until it reached its logical conclusion

Lack of decisiveness in Syria translated into the CCP militarising the SCS because they correctly calculated the US would do nothing. So useless that Duterte ended up in the Chinese camp. Temporarily.

Problem with liberals like Obama is they want peace at any cost. So we have this nuclear deal with Iran where the US wants it more than Iran. Of course the rug merchants screwed the US big time. Only with Trump was this junked and we see the correct way to conduct such matters. With an armada pointing its guns at a rogue regime

Garbage brains trust by the likes of his protégés Blinken, Sullivan & other low IQ clowns resulted in sh*t foreign policy and reputational loss for the US.

Obama is fit to be a college professor or your neighbour. Not POTUS.

Of course it’s upto Trump now to fix this stupidity.

Obama carried out extra-judicial executions of American citizens. No president before nor after him did that. That’s what makes him evil.

But why do we expect the leader of the most richest, most powerful country in the world to play in the same mud as them?

Something something about a pig, let me get the quote.

For all the bombs Obama dropped, for all the money they spent, not a single change was affected.

The world is exactly where it was 20 years ago.

The only change is the increase in US debt.

One Osama was killed, but at what cost?

A hundred or more Abdullahs emerged.

That, to me, is particularly hilarious.

Let them keep burning money.

You mean that Yemeni terrorist whose dad tried to stop the US and failed from being droned ? Good riddance

What foolishness is this that we need to fight with our hands tied when jihadis are authorised by their book that anything and everything is acceptable in the name of jihad.

At a minimum, I’d hope he’d be taken seriously and have the moral clarity to fight to victory otherwise where do we and everyone else stand.

Nobody struck the US since 9/11. So Bush did the right thing in tackling the problem. Obama upped the ante and kept at it.

He gets 1 pass and 3 fails

1.2 to 1.5% of GDP annual. What nobody anticipated was the US would keep at it for twenty years.

Took the fight to the jihadis and fought them in their country. Sucked in any and every jihadi that wanted a fight and again killed them in their countries.

Put the fear of god into every arab leader that their country would be next (after Iraq) if they didn’t cooperate in the war against terrorism. They all did. Gaddafi came clean.

Yeah but that is a low cost recurring problem and the infrastructure and understanding by governments worldwide is in place to handle such contingencies. ISIS is a virtual org today, exists online only, no longer controls any territory. Heavily infiltrated.

So many attacks that didn’t happen because plots were foiled. Latest example

What is left? Lone wolf random attacks. Like Bondi. Those will continue. With a reduced frequency hopefully.

A drastic reduction from what was possible 20 years ago. We live in a safer world as a result so long as constant vigilance is maintained.
