Waiting on mainstream media to pick up on it, the BBC published an report minutes after that tweet (five hours ago as I type this) so I’m cautiously optimistic.
Of course there are those who will say it never would’ve happened if Operation Epic Fury was actually Operation Trivial Patience instead.
But I think that’s moving goalposts or some other kind of fallacy. We rarely hear of friendly fire on the victim’s side so these just feel far more tragic.
