I guess no, GPUs are low in height, but their I/O Plate is the full size one
Else if LOW PROFILE means no external power connector, a 1650 is ready for that

For SFFs, i guess no, cuz that needs diff form factor cards
Yeah, generally low profile is half height + no external power needed. Doesn’t matter if the bracket is full height, I’ll 3d print a different one.
