I want to rotate some of video without changing their quality and other things, just simple rotate?
what should I use?
I tried using VLC but when I transfer same video to other devices, it does not show screen rotated, it display old video with 180 rotation.
Please need help.

Davinci resolve ftw. Free version.

Da Vinci Resolve free version. More than enough for basic editing like weddings. You can probably find free transition packs for the wedding effects, titles etc. It’s a proper video editing software with industry standard colour grading tools.
