that can changes whole view like xp in windows 7, like there is vista transformation pack for xp i.e this makes xp look like vista,i wants its reverse,

Ok, so you can use iconTweaker to change icons. I’m not sure though if it’ll work with Windows 7.

In windows xp 64bit i am not able to install vista transformation pack message is

I have forgotten to do this transformation because it can not happen:hap5:themes can be changed in windows 7 to classic look but not the icons but still some one wants to do it he will have to edit each and every file one by one, which will take a lot of time

But u can just apply the classic theme in win 7 to have win xp look.
Did u try using any icon packager?
By using it u can change all icons in one shot.
don’t use it…It will eat ur memory
Result—>you will get a slow responding system
hmmm i have tried it and uninstalled it also 
have changed my mind for trasformation pack:)
so no theme changing,using windows 7 64bit with aero theme and 3d flip view:)
no classic views…
