(There was an SP-97 as well but doubt it is available anymore )

SP-97 is primarily for Socket-A only (if i am not mistaken).

FOr P4/A64 XP-90/120 wud be ideal.

Yup Sp-97 is for socket A ONLY and it is also as good as xp 90
