The place is safe and rooms are quite close to each other. Make sure you call him, bargain hard and book the rooms well in advance (a week before your travel). His brother Vincy co-owns the place. You can also call him at 09860270015 or 09158571533. Theres also Vincy’s Restaurant which is right next to the guest house and serves cheap yet yummy goan food. Raphiel/Vincy also rent out bikes which can be 50 bucks cheaper than market rates otherwise, make sure you test ride the bikes before hiring them. PM me if you need any more info.
