On some users below the rep bar I see message as 1 alert etc. What are those ?

I wrote a very impassioned speech abt people who keep criticizing Ferrari. Both when they are at the top and when they are losing

Alerts are implemented for better moderation.
It helps the staff recognise the members who have already been alerted once.
This information is available to all the mods/gmods/site managers/Admins and Ring members…encouraging better cooperation amongst the staff.
Alerts are like a normal PM a mod or staff member would send you incase you violated some rule of the forum.
An Alert is not a warning, will not increase warn points, and is not a ban…over a section or any other normally accessible part of a forum for the member.
Why am I not alerted? I have done something in the past

and the warning kinda stuff is when u go out ur boundries and
