Go to your Microsoft account and check if there are any subscriptions listed.

It appears to be something to do with Azure. You might have made an account (even a trial). They don’t want to maintain your profile unless you pay now. I wouldn’t worry about it since you don’t even know what it is.

You made an Azure AD tenant (now Entra ID) long time ago? And did not use it much? Would have required ms account, phone number & credit card. Search you email?
