I think instead of spending on pills, we should consider spending on variety of vegetables and fish/meat.. also egg is a good source. I tend to not consume any pills and medicine for common stuff until its unmanageable..
vegetables and fish in india mostly grow with help of chemicals as it makes them grow faster, and are fed food with no nutrition
My wifes uncle has a pesticide, insecticide and fertilizer factory, he sells these to dealers of TS and AP and he says nowadays nobody uses desi methods to cultivate crops. Before 30 years ago we used to cultivate Rice once or twice if possible but nowadays it’s possible even thrice per year. This is because of Hybrid types and fertilizers.
My uncle cultivates prawns and from the start as baby prawns to adult prawns he uses chemical food and medicines. These are exported to Singapore and US. The bigger size prawns go outside while small size ones are sold locally.
So we go to sea shore and buy medium size prawns from the fishing boats itself and for rice we eat unpolished rice. This is the only way to avoid all these medicines and fertilizer shit in our food.
Eat country chicken if possible or if it’s not available eat broiler with skin intact as nowadays skinless chicken is the fab.
I take this for B12 , easier than taking injections https://www.1mg.com/drugs/naso-b12-nasal-spray-521944?srsltid=AfmBOooqrS6tEELkhIV6gp-7--DOmxeckV8QOdJ0oOVoLtWOTfiBTajq&wpsrc=Google+Organic+Search
honestly if you dont have a huge deficiency and just taking it for maintenance then nuerobion forte is also good it cost 1/10 of that spray.
What if there’s huge deficiency?
then injections are a must.
I do have deficiency, not sure if it’s huge. Doctor had recommended daily dosage of neurobion forte for 3 months.
follow what your doctor said. My doctor gave me injections for 2 months when I had a huge deficiency
I mostly use supplements from tata 1mg , fish oil from them, and then vitamin C 500mg every 2 days ( i usually stop this if I eat fruits - too much is bad) - that’s it , I mostly keep track of micronutrients and do as much as i can to take those in natural forms- like halim seeds if I lack iron, chia seeds for fiber, but sure I took a big hit not caring for my health ( remember to drink good amount of water or else you may get kidney stones)
Started taking d3 and magnesium glycinate recently
