What's a good price for buying a used 3090?

Getting a used 3090 from a friend. What’s the current price in the market for such boards?

yeah would like to know whats a good price to buy this one specially steal price . found one 24gb one for 52k here.(USED)

You can get good/decent 3090s for 45-60k depending on the condition.

Honestly tho, I think going for 40 series is worth it, cuz the 3090s may have been mined on

Depends on your use-case. A 3090 is only around as fast as a 3080 Ti for games. But it costs a lot more. 3090 are going close to 50-60K. While a 3080 Ti goes for around 30-35K.

The reason for this being the 24GB VRAM on the 3090, making it a very compelling option for AI inference.

So if you’re just gonna be gaming, the 3090 won’t be worth it at the current market price. I’d say look at other options. There’s a 7900xtx on the forum currently for 65K which performs close to but slightly slower than a 5080 (unless RT is involved then the 5080 gets far ahead). You should be able to find 3080 and 3080 Ti too. A 3080 Ti was available with @TechnologyHell earlier, you can check with him.

If it’s gonna be for AI, then there’s no other real option with that much VRAM around 50-60K other than the 3090.

I agree. Also the 7900xtx seems like a good deal for a 24gb card but with warranty. Most 3090s will not have warranty unless they were zotac.

RTX 3090 - good brands
Will easily be above 50k, and goes upto 65k, used units, higher end models

Cheap brands and poor condition can make it avl for 45-50k as well

Better go for the slightly expensive one, cuz you won’t like if the cheap ahh card dies after a couple of months

Joining this , what would be a good price for gigabyte 3090, import from usa, hardly used. Mint condition.

All the 3090’s are going between 55k to 60k .
