Whats the current flight scenario- Delayed or on schedule?

So last month we witnessed an utter chaos with Indigo and the impact.

My family wants to travel but we are unsure which airline to opt for as its a mixed reaction with Indigo as few say its regular on specific routes without delays while some say flights are still getting delayed indefinitely.

The router- Pune to Nagpur.

My wife and my 1yr old toddler. I don’t want my family to check-in and get trapped in an indefinite delayed loop with no whereabouts about the takeoff.

Don’t suggest me train option as trains take a good 15+ hours for those routes and obviously an yr old toddler cannot bear such a hectic journey.

Need confirmation from the flyers esp. who travelled via Indigo.

I wont consider Airindia due to there exorbitant pricing and that non availability of non-stop flights.

I have a flight day after tomorrow morning so probably can give you an update then lol

Which airlines?

Indigo Airlines but the route is different from yours

You can use this website to see the past record of the flight you are planning to book. This will show you the records of departure and arrival along with the delay for the last 10 days

Just enter the origin and destination to check the history of various flight numbers in the route.

I have been avoiding Indigo for all our travels till Feb. Today only I was trying to check a specific Indigo flight in Cleartrip and in one of the subsequent screens it said that the flight was no longer available. Better to contact their customer care, if you can reach them.

Why not book directly on Indigo site?

Card offer

Best book quickly. Outbound flights from major airports by other airlines are consistently 3-4k more expensive than Indigo. They’re still trying to cash in on the negative customer sentiment.

I flew Indigo last month twice from Kolkata to Delhi and back. Both flights weren’t cancelled, the return flight was delayed by 2 hours due to heavy fog.

Tbh fog is out of their control.

I had few flights (ai) last month and I was glad I opted for air india as IndiGo’s tantrum was around that time.

I fly quite a lot (say once per week / fortnight) - No flight issues these days.

My indigo flight today morning departed 1.5 hrs late due to expected fog. They informed via sms, email and call yesterday.
