What's your perspective on the India's future?

It is not about showing . Last time I wanted to file the auditor told me not to exceed 5 lakhs as agric income . I do not know for what reason . These days finding a proper lawyer , auditor is tricky . Especially the ones who file GST . They advise us to pay penalties rather than confront the GST notices .

If you have genuine agricultural income then I guess it’s time for you to change your CA. If you were planning to show bogus agricultural income then he is right, high agricultural income is generally get heavy scrutinized by the dept.

That may be because the cost benefit won’t justify fighting or your case was not too strong or a genuine mistake was made by you or the CA. If you need help regarding any notices, you can contact me. My father’s CA firms deals with all kinds of litigation and other compliances.

I’m not saying rich. 5L/year is middle class reality in a few years.

Rich are sending their kids abroad.

When I said Govt schools, I mean schools that are run by local corporations. Schools run by the central government are still good, but alas, how many of us can get into them with 0 references?

That’s the sole purpose of middle class in today’s India

Bro, when I started making money, the top income tax slab was meant for the lower part of the upper rich class. It was very similar to other countries.

Now, the top slab is what one gets into on their first increment (if they are in IT). Now it’s the lower to middle part of the middle class.

For your next house, are you looking in a gated society or near slum dwellings?

I don’t know if you just want to take the moral high ground, or maybe it’s different where you are. You guys have govt-subsidized movie theaters for crying out loud.

You may have good-quality government schools in TN.

In MH, we don’t have them.

The following photo shows the future job prospects for the ones that go to local corporation schools in MH.

In big cities of MH, the current rates are like these for the “middle-class” [talking about primary school],

1-2 L/year: okay okay, people are always looking for an upgrade from this category.

2-4L/year: it’s when you don’t feel shame to tell your relatives the name of the school.

4-7L/year: You are proud of the school’s name, similar to how one might feel about a Mercedes-Benz. You tell your relatives that the kid goes to an international board.

7L+ : schools do exist, yes, but they’re for those kids whose parents have senior/executive jobs and are stuck in India.

These are the “current” rates for primary schools. And, they go up 20% every year.

Slaves. Three tier. The people in politics will be benefiting everything. The middle class will work and pay for the government and development of the people in poverty. And finally the people below poverty will enjoy benefits from gov schemes and still complain not getting anything. The gov will give them by getting from earning tax payers and give them the money because they are the major vote banks that vote without asking the question. This is whats happening and will also happen I have no hope here

The only solution of this is to fix the democracy by doing these things:

  1. Remove first past the post system
  2. Implement single transferable vote system
  3. Most policies just MVP and we need to move forward from that.

Especially first past the post system. By core this system doesn’t allow any third party to emerge. The country will be just divided into two segment left and right as it has already happened in US.

Tbh, every country has its fair share of problems that people don’t see. It looks all rosy on surface level. You only realise it after you have spend considerable time in that country.

prepare for best, hope for worst😵‍💫
