An alternative to Flex ATX is TFX, and they’re readily available in the used market, it’s the power supply from a branded SFF computer (Dell, Lenovo, etc).
For scratch builds, I’ve dehoused standard ATX power supplies to fit within SFX spaces.

For Non-DIY folks, it’s actually really dangerous. If caps inside are charged.

would advise to confirm if both are 4+4 CPU or one is 4+4 CPU and other is 6+2 PCIe
Yes, I checked the data sheet, both looks to be a CPU connector, I have to makeshift the connection to power a GPU, right now the GPU is only a 1650 with no external connector requirements
Do not makeshift anything when dealing with psu
