I have ordered multiple supps from nutrija in the past. Twice, they have sent me products with similar packaging graphics. It means they employ people who don’t know ABCD nor do they use any barcode like technology in their warehouse.
Therefore, I can’t trust a company who is run by illiterates. It’s okay for a neighborhood kirana store, but not for something as critical as a supplement company.
I have similar stories with profoods, carbamide forte, nakpro, bigmuscle and a couple more whose names I can’t seem to remember.
Hence, I have lost trust in Indian supplement companies. There are a few exceptions, like muscleblaze who constantly prove the authenticity of their supps.
I use avvatar unflavoured performance whey. Claimed around 28g for 35g scoop. Lab testing by trustified found it to be around 76% for flavoured so 80% for unflavoured would be pretty resonable.
As I don’t have time for cooking these days, I went back to whey protein after what seems to be a decade. I started with muscleblaze.
It was good initially. No complaints.
But after a few tubs, I noticed the digestibility had gone down. It was more pronounced if I multi-scooped it. I initially thought it was me who was becoming old. I started clubbing it with extra enzymes.
Then, I made a switch to ON just to make sure it was a problem with me and not with whey in general. But holy hell, there are absolutely no digestive issues with ON. None! No matter how many scoops I take at once.
Late last year, when I started taking muscleblaze, I didn’t face any problems. But all of the last tubs did have that problem.
Does this mean that MuscleBlaze is cheaping out on enzymes these days? A protein for thought.
