Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere, but is the extra investment of around 10k to 12k on the purchase of a 5 star 1.5 ton Panasonic split AC worth it when compared to a 1.5 ton 3 star AC from the same brand?
I’m planning to buy one for my bedroom which is around 140 sq.ft in area, and does not receive direct sunlight on any walls. There are two floors above ours. My 2nd bedroom is around 160 sq.ft in area, and receives direct sunlight on one wall. Would a 1.5 ton AC be sufficient for either of these rooms?
Apart from the energy usage reduction, it might be a good idea to confirm whether 5 start AC uses better quality materials inside. This might prevent issues in the future. Not sure how to confirm this though.
why so much difference.. it should be less?.. diff is only 6k or 7k

Ordered a Panasonic 2025 model 1.5 ton 5 star split AC on Sunday via Flipkart, and it got delivered today. I had availed the exchange offer, wherein they picked up my 13 year old Godrej 1 ton split AC for Rs.6600. Additional card offers, and EMI offers brought down the original price of Rs.43,990 to Rs.30,580. Waiting for the Panasonic installation to happen in the next couple of days now.
Does FK automatically schedule the installation as its convenience, or do we get to choose an installation date and time?

Bought a Daikin 5 star & got a call from them on day of delivery regarding installation
Yet to receive any call, so I am guessing it will happen tomorrow.
This time, Amazon also had a good exchange offer. RS.7500 was the exchange price quoted, but the base price of this specific model was higher by 2k and FK card offer was Rs.500 more, so FK beat Amazon overall.

Do check order page on flipkart in detail regarding status of installation. If they had placed a installation using their own team or Panasonic team, they would have automated it on that page.
