same applies for ur PSU..
powersafe 450w mayb enough…but u can get better depending on how much ur willing to spend

For about 3k u cud get the slk3700 i guess but without the PSU…not sure thou…
or there r normal ibox grabit cabbies available wit 300w PSU’s available for 1.5k
I think the SLK1650 comes with a Smartpower PSU as well for around 3.5K. Would be a good deal 
If the Antec design doesnt impress you, you could just go for any of the ibox/zebronic/mercury kinda cases and opt out of a PSU, the cabby alone should cost you under 1K i guess. The remaining 2K you could put in a good PSU like an Antec Smartpower or a VIP Powersafe.
I would recommend you the KPPL ZB 01,very good cabinet.Should cost you around 4k without PSU.

For PSU, i guess Antec SmartPower 400Watt should be sufficient.Just my opinion.

its a very very very nice cabinet!!!
with removable HDD cage, very long chassis, front door with lock, chimney fan, USB, audio and firewire connectors, etc etc…
ok it looks nice but i got usb,audio and firewire on my mercury cabinet 
still i dont like to spend 4k on a cab 
My front door already has a lock, how else would my home be safe?

believe me, i’ve seen mask’s cabby (same model) and just the look rocks…IMHO, looks better than all the antecs in the world…
Its a Server Chassis basically,not meant for desktops.
Almost all Server Chassis have those front locks.
