Bazzite or Cachy OS I think is good. I need only for Gaming and working some Excel sheets.

I would recommend giving Zorin OS a go. It is based on Ubuntu LTS and has themes to make it look like Windows. You can switch over to a pro version in case you like for additional themes if necessary. Try the free version first if it works for your needs.

Garuda Linux also an option, have an Indian touch too.
Then go with bazzite just play with for few weeks. You won’t lose anything.
Linux Mint does not come with gaming software built in and neither is it best for gaming…It is the best for daily usage without any command line interaction…for gaming u will have to consider other alternatives

Still CachyOS is slower than Windows 11 Pro and obviously will be much slower than Windows 11 iot LTSC Enterprise.
This is bad. What does no driver support actually imply? Other than that “new games post the last driver release will not be optimized / may not work at all” are there any other implications?
