I would like to make some suggestions :
MSDN keys - Educational and Non Commercial Use only.
OEM Keys - Cannot be resold. Actually tied to particular hardware. Cannot be transferred.
Retail Keys - Purchase from shops/etc.
Coporate/Paper licence - One key, multiple activations - For companies. minimum order quantity is needed - usually 5. Have various sub types.
Please ensure that you are getting is correct. Having the wrong license will be very disastrous if you are using for commercial activities.
Mods - I think most of the above posts should be moved out.
The seller is selling a copy of W8.1 Pro which he claims to be a retail copy.
