My advice is against anything thats used, even slightly as the battery is not in perfect condition. Even a sealed product thats 2-3 years old will have faced battery degradation over time. Not that its not usable, but it has a bit of its life sucked.
If sound quality is number one priority then you should compromise with ANC feature as your budget doesnt allow for it, and go for Sony WH-CH720N, as Sony’s sound quality is far better than other options.
