I’m also looking for the same. Maybe you can look into buyback, my company does not allow it but I have asked my friends to try to get one from their companies.
My company is calling back all the m1-m3 laptops to replace with m4, so I think others might be doing same as well

If your friends do manage to get one through their company’s program, could you please check if they might be able to get one for me too? I’m also trying to find a good deal, so that would be a big help. 
Also they are real cheap, friend said his company charges 35k for pro models

Please stop folks. As I said in comment above, I’m looking to get one for myself. Also my friend said that their company is extending the warranty of old macbooks and in turn delaying the buybacks. So the chance of getting even one are pretty low. If my company allowed it, I would’ve definitely got many as I have my batch mates in almost every department.
I’ve inquired at some other places as well, but still, I can’t give any assurances.
