For ITEM 2 - Oculus Quest (128 GB) - Willing to let it go without the KIWI head strap and Face mask for 21K plus shipping.
I am going to upgrade to Quest 3 as soon as this one is sold. Can use the KIWI head strap with it with an adapter.
