Hello everyone, One of the channels managed by me has been terminated citing Spam, Deceptive Practices and Scam(Obvious false flag).
I have tried appealing which was rejected, tweeted YouTubeIndia - same generic response that decision is final. We do original documentary/information videos and shorts, never reposted or used someone else’s content or talked about money. I have been emailing YouTube support for past 4 days asking for a human review of the channel. But since the channel is small(1200 subs). No one cares enough.
I can guarantee that the channel does not violated any community guidelines, and all the content is original.
It’s like YouTube is being run by Bots now, appeals to emails everything is being handled by bots and even after asking multiple times if the channel was compromised or did someone upload anything after 4 October they are not answering anything.
Atleast they should tell you exactly why they doing this.
Can you not file a report with some govt. Digital content protection department.
I think there is one like cybersecurity and consumer protection .
Not sure though but have a feeling I did read about it somewhere.
I am sitting in a village with no electricity.
But once I get to my laptop. I will try to look for it and share.

For illegal content like defamation or copyright infringement, you can also use YouTube’s dedicated grievance mechanism.
Guess what I’ll be doing tonight, Writing a stupid script, recording the voiceover and editing a video about how stupid YouTube’s review system is, and how small channel die because YouTube staff is being replaced with Bots.
YouTube has lost it’s shit. While writing the script yesterday I was going through X and saw dozens of tags of YouTube India that their channel is terminated under Spam, Deceptive & Scam and some of them restored.
What happened to giving a warning first? you have 3 strike system for copyrights but nothing for this simple violation. And in the email it says you are not to create new accounts. Like WTF.
I have sent like a dozen emails and yet I keep getting the same automated reply, even on their legal team email.
Not just Youtube . I have lost mail accounts on google , insta account on meta . I have seen a trend with these service providers of email and social media where they delete accounts without a phone number .
I just do not get it why we are forced to change our passwords every few days and expect to remember those passwords without storing .
Bank accounts with high value transactions make sense to use such secure methods ,not for someone who borrows 20 rupees on gpay to buy cigarette and tea .
Back in 2016 my channel was terminated for no reason.
Two of my video had gone viral.
Gaining over 10 million views within few days of posting.
Did nothing nothing wrong,
never got any reply except automated emails.
Back in 2016 there were not many channels.
So yeah some videos of mine went viral generating over 10 million views in total.
We tried our best to restore our channel but nothing happened.
