Hi Guyz,
I am not a mobile Guy ,
I have got a orange san francisco . But i lost the original battery . Thus I bought a Original Dell XCD35 Battery .
Its in stock rom .
Problem :
1> Whether charging with the charger or data cable its stuck at 1%
2> The phone is getting on when i plug in the data cable but as soon as i unplug it …it shows battery low and gets shuts down immediately.
3> With the data cable connected everything is working fine . So whats the problem .
I checked with another dell xcd35 battery same issue . When i plugged my battery in a xcd35 it shows 60% battery life .
Guyz please help me out on this
Thanks in advance

dunno what’s happening here but I’d suggest rooting and installing clockwork recovery and wiping battery stats in recovery mode to make sure its not a software issue as suggested by 2 and 3.
A custom rom could do you some good!
May be a hardware problem with the pins too depending on how you ended up losing the original battery, I mean did your phone sustain some physical damage while you misplaced the battery?
If all else fails, just buy a desktop charging unit and a spare.
if nothing works out, try charging the battery with an external battery charger (~100 bucks from your local mobile shop)
if it works, get another battery and keep swapping batteries
^ that wont help as how ever much the battery is charged it always shows 1% on his phone .
first try to restore the phone to factory settings while it is plugged in and charging .
it may help , if it does not , do the clockwork mod thing to wipe the battery stats clean .
