Arctic fans seem no longer in stock, esp P12 PWM. I am not saying these are the best, flaws do exist, but these were touted as vfm. Are there any alternatives or better fans available for a budget (~500-900)? Less noise (not talking about silent), good cfm and static pressure.

Need slim 120mm fans (Noctua and Arctic preferable). Planning to use them as intake below my recently acquired 7900XTX as it runs a bit too hot for my liking.
