pwm

Arctic fans seem no longer in stock, esp P12 PWM. I am not saying these are the best, flaws do exist, but these were touted as vfm. Are there any alternatives or better fans available for a budget (~500-900)? Less noise (not talking about silent), good cfm and static pressure.
