Car & Bike '01 Ikon 1.6 for 1.1L or '05 Xing for 1.6L?

My first post in these forums yay :D

Basically I need a cheap car for the new job I got here in Delhi so I am looking around for good deals under 2 lakhs. There are two cars available near my house. My daily commute will be around 25kms each way (50kms/day) so I will probably need to fit CNG tank in either car since they are only petrol currently so add another 35-40k for the CNG.

2001 Ford Ikon 1.6, Silver, 40k kms, excellent condition w/ brand new cheap tyres for 1.1L

2005 Xing, Grey, 45k kms, few scratches on the body w/ 3 month old Michelins for 1.6L

Can anyone tell me if either car is a good deal?
 
if you REALLY love driving, and know a good garage, and has contacts to source parts cheaper ( say for less than 45k - what ford charges for a compressor), then get the ikon.

ikon was a high maintenance car till past 3 years... but since 2008, ford has decreased the spares price to less than a half... and its one car you'll enjoy driving coz of its peppy engine and sharp handling....
