Yes, you can get it, just got to know the same... all this just for registering with eBill service and de-opting for the paper billing service..

For some people who "eat mails, drink mails and sleep mails" this can be a good option. No further paper bills to be maintained and also a premium for the same and most importantly u will never forget to pay, as it will in front of your eyes only... i.e. late fee savings :cool2:

I for one dont think that is worth it coz airtel has messed up with my bills 2 times , 1 time for 22 k and another time for 6k . Now if i would have opted for ECS back then , my account would have been completely wiped out bcoz of these billing dept. fools
 
its not the ECS thing Buddy.... it just an option for "not to receive any paper bill" your bill will be mailed to you... thts it
 
I have experienced it myself and seen it happen to my friends. Anything automated doesnt work with Airtel. I have had major problems with their ECS thing and now I make sure I pay cash and get a receipt of payment. Same thing happend to two of my friends. One of them even got a legal notice for non payment even if he had done.

Hell, I got a call from Airtel that they had some problem with charging monthly bill for my prepaid cell no. :rofl: The lady was shocked when I told that mine was prepaid. How worse can it get.

Only reason im staying with Airtel is that apart from the billing problems, other things work really well.
 
Airtel ppl are real Careless wen u take the matter of E Bills..
have messed up wid my bills as well ..

not gonna take this so called "Offer"... wotever is being offered.. wd be adjusted in one shot itself wen the bill wil arrive late and they wont cater to our verdict ki y the bill was paid after the due date.
