@Naveen_Reloaded generally used to drive 19V devices such as NUCs or Laptops on of a 12V source.

If by any means if there was a possibility to be used in cars 12v I would have thought as I'm looking for such inverter to charge laptop and or run vaccum cleaner and blowers. I know a new one costs for a similar price though.

I believe it can be, with a bit of DIY. Cigarette lighter male ports can bought off DigiKey or even on Amazon. I can help make a harness if you would like.

Yes but if it draws excess current it will fire and blew the port and its hazardous imo. And if it was only me using then no issues but colleagues, friends and family where one wrong input or fiddling and boom!

This module is DC to DC converter, it will take car's 12V and convert it to DC 19V, what you are looking for is a car inverter, which will convert 12V DC to 230V AC, that will give you a female AC socket, in which you can plug your household appliances, like a laptop charger.

But on this DC to DC converter, one would have to connect laptop directly to it's output (will require a custom cable) to charge the laptop bypassing the charger.

No worries, your car's 12V socket where you plug phone charges and stuff is limited to 100W-150W, protected by a fuse. Max current close to 10A.
