Selling my 2 laptop hdd with casing for external use.
Buy both for Rs 1900 plus 150 shipping for both. Not negotiable. Both comes with only hdd and casing, no cables.

Black one is Hitachi (250gb) (requires A-Male to Mini - B cable. )only hdd no cable. Rs -800 plus 100 shipping.

Condition - it requires few attempts to get detected on my laptop but once it did. I transferred 100's of GB without single issue.
I think it requires good quality cable . As for me only PS3 controller charging cable worked with this hdd. Hope this info helps.

Red casing comes with Toshiba HDD(150gb). Requires USB to USB cable. No cable only hdd. Rs 1200 plus 100 shipping.
Works flawlessly. Only thing is after connecting with the cable it takes 10-20 secs to get detected and then again I transferred lot of files.no issue at all.


I have provided health pics from HD sentinel for both drives.

Please note - Not giving any test warranty.
As I have personally tested them both for over an hour and they work fine. Whatever issue I have noticed has been clearly mentioned. Plus health pics are also shared.
For buyer I can share more screenshot of files transferred or any more details if required.

Hope all the information is clear .if any doubts please feel free to clear it.

Will ship it nicely packed but complete buyer's risk.

if required to do some more test will share the results with buyer.
it was fully tested once again last night after this thread and all data got without any issue and the speed was surprisingly good for such old hdd.

Given these are old you may want add the SMART information for prospective buyers. The hitachi has bad sectors. And both cases are USB2 if I am not wrong.

Both drives work absolutely fine.
Transferred 100's of GB data from both. Pretty decent speed too.
This is genuine information not just for the sake of selling.
Ofcourse can't predict the life of them.
