@ faheembhai - not purchased from here bro.. gf got em from singapore (u dont get kobe models here / only jordans), and yep purple does look cool but wont go with all the clothes/colours :)

1. Resolution bump: 1440x900 standard on 13.3 & 1680x1050 in 15..
2. jump to core 2010 processer..

@ tk - damages r 61500 / the c2d model coz it does the job for what i intend to use this laptop for.. i get awesome battery life (much longer then the old model) plus its much more portable then a 15/17incher. i just prefer the 13 / weight n size ratio .. thats why stuck to it! only thing i would have loved more like u said is a higher screen ratio / 1440x900 atleast. its a great lil machine none the less :D
 
Congrats! From where did you get it for that price? I thought only white MacBook (the one with 10 hours battery life) is available for that price! Or you got it under Student discount or something? :S

Congrats, nice, and welcome to the MPB club. BTW, C2D version? I love the res on the 15.4" :) I see you went 1280x800 though - compact, but not very light...

@ karan - hahaha guess im growin old bud..i prefer my shoes that go with what i wear. i used to play ball back in school, thats where i caught the addiction. owned em for almost 13 years now, everything from jordans to shaqnosis's / hate the running shoes every third person wears. so for me they've been on court and off.. mall walking too :p

For everyone else asking about the price. You can get it for as low as 60k shipped on eBay.in (With ICICI 6 month 0% EMI option as well). That's a sweet sweet deal

The seller imports it from the US and sells it here but there is no problem whatsoever with that since Apple has international warranty on most of their products (if not all).
