If you can compromise 1" then Get Dell U2312HM-14.5k-it's an E-IPS panel with W-LED backlit technology,it is way better than the other tn panels,picture quality,contrast,black depth.It's totally worth it-http://www.tftcentral.co.uk/reviews/dell_u2312hm.htm
