    • Graphics card :( donno. make it fit around 27k budget max... I can take around 5k for graphics card.But If u can lower my price in anyother peripheral and take out some more cash for card.)

GIGABYTE-B75M-D3H ~4500/-
Corsair Vengeance 4GB x1 ~1700/- (add another RAM module later)
Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 1TB ~4000/-
HP / ASUS (boxed) optical drive ~1100/-
Corsair CX v2430W ~2800/-
NZXT Gamma ~2500/-
APC BR600VA-IN ~2000/-

Save some more cash and go for a graphic card later.

I already stated the same config above,
I can extend my budget to 27k to fit a good g card.
The shop keeper told me 5.5k for HD 6670 DDR5 one.

Was trying for Dell 2220L but was out of stock and the production is closed instead 2240L is available now on.

I m using my Samsung with HDMI port :D which I had got wid my LG DVD player.
