Guys ,I have got 2x256mb kingston ram for sale.Its DDR333 but runs at 400-420mhz 2.5-3-3-7 ,2.6v.
Tested at 400mhz 2.5-3-3-7,2.6v with an extended test of memtest86+ on an a7n8x(one of the most picky boards when it comes to memory so be rest-assured)
Expecting atleast 3k(handling and delivery to be bourne by buyer).
Reason for selling:My mobo ram slots are full and I am getting 2x512mb ram in place of these.
Customers in Delhi(including all parts of Noida/Gzb/Gurgaon) preferred.
In case of ppl in other areas ,shipment will be by a courier of mutual liking and on advance payment.

Well this still has 2 years warranty and I am in no desperation to sell it.768MB is fine for now.
But this memory is better than the standard KVR PC3200.My friend's KVR3200 can't do even 2-2-2-6 at 333mhz which this can do with ease.
I have ran memtest86+ at upto 420mhz and it ran w/o error.
The other hynix that I have got can't do this either though reports suggest that the hynix d43 chips are high fsb chips not low latency thingys.
I can't go less than 3k on this under any circumstance.
KVR PC3200(and trancend) is over 3.5k in Delhi, hynix 1 year warranty is for 2900,lifetime hynix is for 3100.
Currently Delhi ram prices seem to be running 200-300 over mumbai prices so pls keep that in mind.
After someone posted getting a 512mb single stick of hynix for 2600(on the old tech-arena),I have called many dealers and these are the lowest prices that I could find.
Going from 'full member' to 'newbie' sucks though!

I am also open to exchanging this with some other good single 512mb module of DDR400 to have my upgrade path open.PPl wanting to start out with 2x256mb dual channel in particular.

even i feel 3k is a little too much for the set. But, since u say it does 420MHz, i guess its worth it.

Try going from more than 4.5k posts to less than 200 ;)

Plus there is the advantage of getting memory pre-tested on an nf2 board.U cant get a vendor to run an extended test of memtes86,can u?LOL
Anyway Since I basically wanna be able to upgrade to 1GB in future,a single module will go for 1550.Though I would love to sell 'em both for 3k or exchange them with good hynix/transcend/kingston single 512mb module. In case of exchange, both parties will bear costs if any and no financial transaction for ram required.(obviously).
Also my board and cpu are limting me to 420mhz.I run it at 400mhz,2.5-3-3-11(nforce2 does not like any tras but 11) all day.
On an intel board I guess it might do more with some more voltage.
