Budget 41-50k 35-45k budget Laptop suggestion for internet browsing, movies, microsoft office

please recommend a laptop/notebook in the 35-45k price range for internet browsing, watching movies.
My main concerns are-
•screen size should not be more than 14 inch
•it should not make loud noises(fan)
•no overheating
•it should be hd
•memory should be good
•it should not be slow while multi tasking
•it should be slim
•good looks
•not an absolute must but i prefer white color
•touchscreen is a bonus
•windows 10 preinstalled

Thanks for the reply. The one on Amazon has silver color keypad and the one on Flipkart has black color keypad. Is it because of different manufacture date?

They are different models. The silver one has a gfx card. The black one doesnt. The black one is cheaper (on the same site by same seller you will find it cheaper.)
