3g USB Dongle

I want to buy 3 G USB dongle for using Net on my laptop. I checked ebay but there are many products.
I dont know which product is latest and best.
Surely I dont want to buy a old product.

Please guide me.

Yes you can, I use my nokia 5800 same way, but from what I have read on TE you will get much higher sped if you use usb modem.
