Monitors 4:3 Aspect ratio Lcd monitor?

Guys I need a 4:3 Lcd monitor as a back up for my siemens monitor for viewing medical images(ct scans). Kindly suggest where to buy these monitors as none of the local shops seem to carry them?

I had picked up the P190S (Business version of the E190S) from SMC international.

No anything over 19" monitors the ratio changes into 16:9 OR 16:10 digital HD resolutions.

Theres the 2007FP.

But its a PVA panel, so will be as expensive as the IPS panels.
