Same story. That connector should only carry 12V and GND, like the PCIe power connector.

The way it is wired to the HDD-Power plugs means you'll short circuit 12V and 5V.

With luck the PSU will shut down to protect itself. With bad luck, it will fry. With very bad luck, every component in your computer connected to 5V will receive 12V instead and fry.

That is not even PCI-Express connector that is a EPS connector and goes to motherboard.
