Graphic Cards 6600gt or 7300gt

guys which one these are better my cousin wanted to get a graphics card so i suggested these for his budget the retailer guy told me that 6600 gt pci-e 256mb costs 8k is it true..wats the price of 7300gt..any other suggestions on different cards are welcome...i need quick replies its urgent
 
7300GT is better, it has beaten 6600gt in lot of benchmarks. There r two versions comes under 7300GT , which r DDR2 & DDR3 models!! Its better to opt for DDR3 model, actually the fact is even DDR2 model of 7300GT beats 6600GT in lot of benchmarks!!
 
Afaik the ddr3 model isnt even available here. The DDR2 one costs around 4.5k. The best buy would be the 7600 GS 256 MB for around 6.5k.
 
thank you all for the information fellows it was really helpful...well the price of 7300gt ddr3 is exactly 5k in s.p.road bangalore i will be going saturday to get it i will also see 7600gs if its under 8k i may go for that thanks again:)

Where did u get the 7300GT with DDR3, which brand & shop..plz pass on the info
